Pacific Bizworks is based in the beautiful Pacific coast mountains of Santa Cruz, California. Our principal, Erika J. Wyckoff, is the owner and primary consultant for Pacific Bizworks. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. 

Some of Erika's qualifications and accomplishments are :

•Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt
•Certified Six Sigma Instructor (DMAIC, DFSS, DWSS, HOC, Advanced Statistics, Black Belt, and Green Belt – operational and transactional)
•Trained over 300 Black and Brown Belts and over 250 Green Belts
•Selected for Six Sigma Symposium in Maui, HI for outstanding contribution to Six Sigma 2003
•Awarded ‘Key Contributor’ 4 years in a row

•Developed transactional Six Sigma project mining and prioritization process
